Sometimes I go about pitying myself,
when all the time I am being carried
on great winds across the sky...

I was born in Philadelphia, PA and from an early age was a complete entertainment goddess for every holiday, birthday and family get-together. I danced. I pranced. I pretended. And I believed that Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and the Easter Bunny lived in my living room heating duct. I knew my destiny - I was an ACTOR.

Years later, after a flirtation with normal life as an art psychotherapist, I'm back and in fine creative form. And though I no longer believe that Rudolph lives in my living room heating duct, it's probably just because I don't have a living room heating duct. Damn baseboard heat!

I started off seriously acting in my teens in Chicago, earned my Equity card at an early age and focused mainly on theatre in my university training. Two friends from NYU and I formed Third Rail Theatre Company in Los Angeles in the 1990's and I served as executive producer with the Company until I decided to become a normal, average Joe and go to grad school.

I studied at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado and graduated the top of my art therapy class. I've presented at the American Art Therapy Association national conference twice, both lecturing and teaching, was published in the international journal Guidance and Counselling and worked primarily with children and adult survivors of sexual abuse.

One fine winter day after being laid off from my job, I was watching films of one of my most favorite actors, Alan Rickman, and realized that I missed acting so much that it hurt. So, I sold my house and my car and moved to NYC, where I am actively auditioning, working in film and theatre, and studying with master teacher, Penny Templeton.
